Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (Solar Sales)
Adctrogen IT Consultant Private Limited, Noida
Position Overview
Adctrogen IT is seeking motivated Tele Sales Executives to drive solar energy lead generation and conversions for our Australia-focused renewable energy division. Based in Noida, you'll connect with high-intent prospects through targeted outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 80+ daily outbound calls to generate qualified solar leads
- Explain solar solutions, government rebates, and ROI benefits clearly
- Convert inquiries into appointments for field sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs
- Meet daily (20 leads) and monthly targets
- Follow up on warm leads through calls/emails/WhatsApp
- Collaborate with sales managers on lead quality feedback
Requirements
- 0-2 years tele sales experience (solar energy preferred)
- Excellent English communication
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented mindset with strong convincing ability
- 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working Details
- Location: Noida Office (Sector-based)
- Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM (5 days)
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹35,000 + incentives
- Benefits: incentives on lead conversions, Two way Cab Facility
