Job Description
* Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
* Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
* Explain admission procedures, course details, eligibility criteria, and required documents.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
* Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets.
* Prepare and share regular updates and reports with management.
