Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Company: Theos Food Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida Sector 41
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for café, restaurant, and central kitchen roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain recruitment trackers
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (hospitality/F&B preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and tight timelines
