Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and following up with candidates until joining.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding selection and joining.
  • Meet recruitment targets and support the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
