Job Description – Cleaner / Housekeeping Helper

Department: Factory

Reports To: Factory Supervisor / Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of factory floors, corridors, and common areas.

- Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, washbasins, and urinals regularly.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated production areas, offices, and other factory premises.

- Collect and dispose of garbage and food waste in designated areas.

- Clean dustbins and ensure proper waste management.

- Refill handwash and other washroom supplies as required.

- Use cleaning materials and chemicals safely and follow hygiene instructions.

- Keep cleaning equipment and materials properly maintained and stored.

- Report any maintenance issues, shortages, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.

Required Qualities

- Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

- Physically fit and willing to perform housekeeping duties.

- Previous cleaning or factory housekeeping experience preferred.

- Must follow factory hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
