Job Roles & Responsibilities – Health Insurance Advisor:
- Advise customers on suitable health insurance plans and coverage.
- Explain policy benefits, premiums, exclusions, and terms.
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assist with policy issuance, renewals, and documentation.
- Support customers with claims and policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
