Job Summary

Sumiram Sai Realtors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create engaging graphics, motion videos, and high-quality video content for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic designing, motion graphics, video editing, and social media creatives to promote property listings, projects, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and property marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Produce motion graphics, animated videos, promotional reels, and real estate project videos.
• Edit videos for property walkthroughs, site visits, promotional campaigns, and social media advertisements.
• Add transitions, animations, text overlays, background music, voiceovers, and visual effects to videos.
• Develop creative content for property launches, real estate campaigns, and lead-generation advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, and social media content styles.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong skills in graphic designing, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, promotional videos, and digital marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
