Baelit Digital is a growing technology startup focused on building innovative digital products and applications. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging visual content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Create creative concepts and design variations based on campaign requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital design practices.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing creatives for social media and digital marketing.
• A strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and independently convert concepts into high-quality designs.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
• Good to HaveBasic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience designing creatives for mobile apps or technology companies.
