Graphic Designer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can understand client requirements and convert them into professional, attractive, and print-ready designs. The designer will be responsible for creating designs for both digital and print media, coordinating with clients and the production team, and ensuring that all artwork is technically correct before printing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate professional and creative designs as per client requirements.
• Design visiting cards, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, flex, standees, labels, stickers, packaging, menus, certificates, ID cards, letterheads, social media creatives and other promotional materials.
• Understand the client's requirement, brand identity, colour preferences, size and design expectations.
• Make corrections and revisions based on client feedback.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct size, resolution, bleed, margins, CMYK colour mode and fonts.
• Check artwork carefully for spelling mistakes, alignment, image quality, colours and other printing-related issues before sending it for production.
• Coordinate with the printing and production team to ensure the design is suitable for the required printing process.
• Handle files in formats such as CDR, AI, PSD, PDF, JPG, PNG etc.
• Maintain proper file naming, folder structure and backup of completed designs.
• Modify existing designs and recreate artwork when required.
• Select suitable fonts, colours, images and layouts according to the project requirements.
• Create multiple design concepts when required and suggest the most suitable design to the client.
• Work according to deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Maintain consistency in branding across different marketing and printing materials.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, printing techniques and software features.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of CMYK, RGB, DPI, Bleed, Crop Marks, Resolution, Paper Sizes and Print Specifications.
• Good knowledge of typography, colour combinations, composition and layout.
• Ability to create print-ready files independently.
• Good creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective designs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete urgent jobs within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of different printing processes such as Digital, Offset, Screen, Flex/Vinyl and Large Format Printing will be an advantage.

Preferred ExperienceExperience: 1–3 years in Graphic Designing / Printing Industry

Candidates with experience in a printing press, advertising agency or digital printing company will be preferred.
