Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Visit and monitor technical operations at multiple high-rise society sites.
- Coordinate and support site teams for smooth technical operations and maintenance.
- Handle technical issues related to STP, WTP, DG, electrical panels, pumps, firefighting systems, lifts, plumbing, and other MEP services.
- Identify manpower requirements and arrange/recommend suitable technical staff for different sites.
- Assist in sourcing and hiring Plumbers, MSTs, Technicians, Shift Engineers, Technical Managers, and other technical manpower.
- Maintain a strong database/network of skilled technical candidates for urgent manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Managers/Facility Managers and Head Office for manpower deployment and operational issues.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups to ensure proper service delivery.
- Support breakdown management, preventive maintenance, and technical compliance at sites.
- Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in facility management/high-rise residential society operations.
- Good technical knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Strong manpower coordination and technical recruitment/sourcing skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and site-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across multiple sites.
