Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, ensure timely delivery of products, and support day-to-day business activities in the field. The ideal candidate should be flexible, physically active, and willing to adapt to changing demands and timings as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers/dealers/retailers as assigned.
• Work in the field according to the demand of time, including flexibility to extend hours or adjust schedules based on business needs.
• Visit assigned locations/customers as per the daily route plan.
• Collect orders, payments, or documents from clients/customers as required.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and field visits.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers.
• Report field activities, issues, and market feedback to the reporting manager on a regular basis.
• Ensure products are handled and delivered without damage or loss.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/office team for stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Resolve on-field customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department.
