Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell beverage products across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, generating orders, developing new customers, and expanding the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

Visit kirana stores, retail shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and wholesalers to promote beverage products.

Generate new customers and secure orders from retail outlets.

Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach across Delhi NCR.

Explain product features, pricing, and schemes to potential customers.

Follow up on orders and coordinate with the team for timely delivery.

Monitor competitor products, market demand, and customer feedback.

Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales updates.

Eligibility Criteria

12th pass or graduate.

Experience in FMCG or beverage sales preferred; freshers with good sales skills can also apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for field visits.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Compensation

Incentive-Based Earnings: Earnings will depend on sales performance and the applicable incentive structure.

No fixed salary.

Higher sales performance offers the opportunity to earn higher incentives.
