Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, dispatches, inventory tracking, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily e-commerce order processing and dispatches.
· Track stock levels and ensure timely inventory updates.
· Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
· Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and pending orders.
· Resolve order, dispatch, and delivery-related issues.
· Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular MIS/reports.
· Ensure timely coordination for stock replenishment and order fulfilment.
Candidate Profile
· Good knowledge of order processing, inventory, and logistics coordination.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
· Experience with e-commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage.
