Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings.
  • Handle catalog management, content uploads, and listing corrections.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
  • Track sales performance, advertising reports, and marketplace analytics.
  • Manage inventory updates and coordinate stock availability.
  • Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related concerns.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve product visibility and sales.
  • Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain account health metrics.
  • Required Skills:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Experience in product listing, catalog management, and account operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and promotions.
  • Understanding of inventory management and order processing.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
