Job Description
We are hiring Delivery Executives / Delivery Boys for leading quick-commerce and food-delivery platforms including BigBasket, Blinkit, and Swiggy.
The selected candidates will be responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer orders while maintaining professional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from the assigned store/hub/restaurant.
- Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and app instructions.
- Handle orders carefully and maintain delivery quality.
- Collect cash/payment where applicable.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and the operations team.
- Follow company policies and delivery guidelines.
