Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Operations Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Noida at the center of a high-volume data operation. This is a role for someone whose defining trait is precision: the kind of person who can do rigorous, detailed work for hours and have the hundredth file handled exactly as carefully as the first.

The job is the operational backbone of how data moves through our company. Each day, large volumes of media files arrive on storage devices. You will transfer them into our storage systems with verified, zero-loss discipline, label and catalog every file with accurate metadata, and keep the entire library organized so that any file can be located in seconds, months later. You will maintain daily logs of everything that comes in, flag gaps or anomalies the same day you spot them, keep backups current and tested, and prepare organized, verified data packages that match a written specification exactly.

What the role demands is a specific set of skills rather than a specific background:

•            Exceptional attention to detail, sustained over long stretches of repetitive work without quality decay

•            Strong process discipline — you follow a checklist exactly, notice when it fails, and improve it

•            Speed and precision on a computer, and comfort organizing very large volumes of files

•            Rigorous labeling and record-keeping habits — accurate, consistent, and complete every single time

•            Reliability and ownership — your work is checked by no one after you, and it must not need to be

•            Basic scripting (Python or batch) to automate repetitive steps is a strong plus

A bachelor’s degree is required. The role runs six days a week, occasionally seven during peak periods, and is fully on-site in Noida.
