Salary
- CTC: 18,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 13,000 per month (Fixed)
- Retention Bonus: 3600 quarterly(Fixed)
Eligibility
- 10+2 (HSC) or Above
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply
- Good English & Hindi communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Shift & Working Days
- 247 Rotational Shift
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice & Chat
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality
- Update customer information accurately in the system
- Meet quality and productivity targets
