Banking Process – Inbound Voice + Upselling

Location : Sector 127, Noida

Industry : BPO / Customer Service / Voice Process 

Shift : Rotational Shift (In the day slot)

1. Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.


2. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.


3. Promote and upsell relevant banking products/services to existing customers.


4. Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.


5. Update customer information and call details accurately in the system.
