Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right wash, detailing, PPF, and vehicle care services.
• Explain and sell Exovo Memberships, Rewards Program, and promotional offers.
• Create invoices and manage daily operations using our easy-to-use web application.
• Coordinate vehicle pickup & drop services and customer appointments.
• Encourage Google Reviews and customer referrals.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and wants to return.

Desired SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English required).
