Job Description
A Customer Service Representative in a BPO banking process is responsible for assisting bank customers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
1. Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services.
2. Resolve queries regarding credit cards, debit cards, accounts, loans, EMI, and insurance.
3. Understand the customer's needs and provide the right solution.
4. Upsell and cross-sell suitable banking products and services.
