Job Description
Inbound Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Generate revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve sales, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotional campaigns.
