Job Description

Inbound Customer Care Executive || Roles & Responsibilities:-


  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow defined SOPs, call flow, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call dispositions in CRM.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team.
  • Maintain professional communication and positive customer experience.
  • Achieve defined KPIs including CSAT, AHT, Quality, Productivity, and Attendance.
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
