Job Description
Customer Service Executive – Blended Process:
- Handle customer interactions through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with accurate and timely solutions.
- Provide information regarding products, services, orders, and account-related concerns.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned KPIs, SLAs, AHT, and quality targets.
- Maintain professional communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
