💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹27,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

⏰ Shift: Day / Rotational Shift

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🔹 Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates for Customer Support, Sales, and Collection roles. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers efficiently while meeting business targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

* Manage sales and collection activities effectively

* Follow up with customers for pending payments and dues

* Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

* Maintain call records and update CRM systems

* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support / Sales / Collection

✔️ Freshers with excellent communication can also apply

✔️ Good verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
