Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle regular calls and communication with franchise owners.
  • Coordinate with franchise owners' managers and outlet teams.
  • Explain and ensure implementation of brand SOPs, processes and guidelines.
  • Take regular updates on outlet operations, sales, staffing, inventory and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve franchise-related problems.
  • Follow up on pending operational requirements and ensure timely closure.
  • Conduct regular SOP compliance and outlet performance checks.
  • Maintain records of franchise communication, issues and action points.
  • Escalate critical operational issues to the management.
  • KRA / KPIs
  • SOP Compliance: 90%+ across outlets
  • Issue Resolution: Close franchise issues within defined TAT
  • Regular Follow-ups: 100% scheduled franchise calls/updates completed
  • Manager Coordination: Ensure outlet managers understand and follow SOPs
  • Outlet Performance: Track and improve operational performance
  • Reporting: Weekly franchise performance & issue report
  • Franchise Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationship and communication with franchise partners
