• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in food preparation as per the kitchen requirements.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, gravies, and other food items as instructed by the senior chefs.
• Maintain proper quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Properly store food items and maintain stock as required.
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.

Position RequirementsCommis 3

• Suitable for candidates with basic kitchen experience or relevant training.
• Assist senior kitchen staff with food preparation and basic kitchen duties.

Commis 2

• Experience in handling various kitchen preparation tasks.
• Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Commis 1

• Experienced kitchen professional with good knowledge of food preparation.
• Able to independently handle assigned kitchen responsibilities and support senior chefs.
• Additional RequirementsRelevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
