Job Description

ROLE: Business Head (Real Estate)

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 6–10 Years


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to drive business growth, manage property sales, and handle the sales and business development team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and lead the sales and business development team.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Drive property sales and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation.
  • 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales and business development.
  • Strong team handling, leadership, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
