Job Description
We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented candidates who are interested in Sales & Business Development.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth sales and customer onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with Sales/BDE/Business Development experience will be preferred.
