Role ObjectiveThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Hanux Learning's international training and certification business.

This is not merely a lead-generation or calling role.

  • Handle qualified prospects and high-value sales conversations
  • Convert interested leads into paid enrollments
  • Improve lead-to-sale conversion ratios

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Create structured follow-up and closing processes
  • Maintain pipeline discipline through CRM
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Work closely with management on growth strategy

The ideal candidate should be comfortable functioning as both a Sales Manager and Senior Closer.

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations instead of relying solely on scripted selling.
  • Present program structure, training methodology, certification process, pricing, benefits, and enrollment options professionally.
  • Handle pricing discussions and sales objections.
  • Create urgency where appropriate without compromising customer trust.
  • Negotiate and close qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
  • Generate revenue through both company-generated leads and personally developed opportunities.

  • Presenting multiple certification options

  • Coach representatives on objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Conduct role-plays and sales-call evaluations.
  • Support representatives during difficult customer conversations.
  • Build accountability within the team.
  • Recognize strong performers and establish performance benchmarks.

The BDM should develop a team that performs through systems, metrics, coaching, and accountability, not continuous management intervention.

4. Sales Pipeline ManagementOwn the complete sales pipeline from new opportunity to enrollment.

Pipeline management responsibilities include:
