About the Role VONE India Services is looking for a driven BDE & CRM Executive to win new B2B clients, grow long-term accounts, and keep our CRM sharp. If you are an entrepreneurial closer who thrives on the road and in the boardroom, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Identify, pitch, and close corporate B2B service deals
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline through field visits, calls, and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Deliver smooth onboarding and build repeat business
• Use AI tools to improve lead generation, outreach, and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or CRM
• Prior experience with a service agency, manpower agency, security management company, or education institute
• Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their business applications
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a strong B2B corporate sales approach
• Resident of Noida or Ghaziabad
