Job Description
Business Development Executive (BDE) | ICV Assessments Pvt. Ltd.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Identify potential clients for ISO Certification, Assessment, Audit, and Training Services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable certification and training solutions.
- Promote the company's ISO Management Systems Certification services.
- Promote professional training and certification programs offered by the company.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead and sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed projects.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM/MIS data, and follow-up reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
