Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, and assist them in selecting suitable loan products.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other loan products.
• Contact potential customers through calls, references,
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC and income proof.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status and pending documents.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales experience in banking, finance, loans, or NBFCs will be an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
