Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Pharma, Hospitals, Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Data Centres, and Industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
- Meet consultants, contractors, facility managers, MEP consultants, and end users to promote company products and services.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
