Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, online platforms, references, and networking.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present suitable residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, brokers, and legal/finance professionals when required.
- Stay updated on property prices, market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a competitive environment.
