Job OverviewRole: Business Development Associate

  • Location: Noida Sector 126, near Amity University
  • Experience: 0–2 Years
  • Work Mode: Work From Office
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • SalaryGraduates: ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3 LPA Incentives
  • Master's Freshers: Up to ₹4 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3 LPA Incentives
  • Experienced Candidates: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3 LPA Incentives


About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our sales team.

The role involves counselling working professionals interested in overseas career opportunities, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable programs, and converting qualified leads into customers.


The average package ticket size is approximately ₹2 Lakhs.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel working professionals interested in overseas career opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Pitch overseas career programs and packages.
  • Handle end-to-end sales conversations.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers and enrollments.
  • Follow up with prospective customers.
  • Explain program benefits and package inclusions.
  • Handle customer objections and queries.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Program ExposureGermany – Nursing-related opportunities
  • Japan – Caregiving programs


Programs may include interview preparation and language training.

  • Sales TargetsMonth 1: 1 Sale
  • Month 2: 2 Sales
  • Month 3 onwards: Progressive increase in sales targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsFreshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Experience in B2C Sales, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Counselling, or Consultative Sales is preferred.
