Job Description
Job Title: Business Associate (Back Office Operations)
Job Role:
- Handle back-office operations by resolving customer complaints through email.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline or a 3-year Diploma after 12th.
Salary:
- ₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month (based on interview performance and experience)
- Additional allowances and performance incentives
Training Details:
- Training Duration: 21–25 days (3 weeks)
- Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day
Shift Details:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
- Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off
Shift Timings:
- Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Male Candidates: Rotational day and night shifts with applicable night shift allowance
