JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)Beverage & Coffee ExecutiveDepartment: Food & Beverage (F&B)

Reports To: F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMocktails, Mojitos, Lemonades, Shakes aur Fresh Juices prepare karna.
  • Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano aur Iced Coffee banana.
  • Drinks ki taste, quality, presentation aur garnishing maintain karna.
  • Coffee machine, blender aur beverage equipment ko properly operate aur clean karna.
  • Fruits, milk, syrups, coffee beans aur other ingredients ka stock maintain karna.
  • Hygiene, food safety aur FIFO standards follow karna.
  • Guest orders timely serve karna aur menu ke according drinks recommend karna.
  • Wastage control karna aur beverage station clean rakhna.
  • Required SkillsMocktails, Mojitos aur Coffee preparation ka knowledge.
  • Good communication aur guest-handling skills.
  • Hygiene, grooming aur teamwork maintain karna.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
