Profile: Backend Executive

We are looking for experienced/Fresher candidates for client servicing/post sales service/web sales service. Must have experience with client interaction/after sales service/internal team management/managing vendors for ecommerce marketplaces.

Key Skills: MS Excel, Advance Excel, Good Computer Knowledge, Internet Surfing, Backend Operations, MS Office, Listing, Customer Handling and interaction, Data Processing, Data Management.

• Manage the catalog data of the assigned category of products.

• Listing and sourcing products through unique product code, product name & stock   keeping unit.

• Analyze the product data and rectify false information so as to provide the accurate data to the customers.

• Keeping track of the product categorization so that the right product is at the right place.

• Data mining the products so that the customer gets the most accurate information from  verified sources.

• Continuous supervision of the category on the website for data error

• Listing of new products on all major marketplaces Websites.

• Account management in account creation on online market places like amazon flipkart and also for the approval.

• Promotional activity in the on the online market places key word optimization,

• Have idea of create Discount coupons

• Create campaign and should have knowledge about promotional activity.
