About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused In-Store Sales & Design Consultant to join our premium furniture and home studio in Noida. In this role, you will be the primary face of our brand, engaging with walk-in homeowners, architects, and interior enthusiasts.

Rather than standard counter billing, this is a consultative selling role where you will help clients envision their living spaces, select the right furniture (solid wood, upholstered, and modular collections), match finishes and fabrics, and guide them through an exceptional end-to-end buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Client Consultation & Sales Conversion:

 Welcome and understand the aesthetic, spatial, and functional requirements of walk-in customers.

 Present furniture collections, room setups, materials (solid wood finishes, fabric grades, foam densities, modular hardware), and styling options.

 Deliver end-to-end sales targets by converting showroom footfall into confirmed orders.

 Space Planning & Customization:

 Assist customers with room layouts, dimension verification, and finish selection.

 Coordinate with clients bringing floor plans to recommend suitable collections and modular solutions.

 Order Management & Customer Delight:

 Prepare quotations, generate orders on the retail POS/CRM system, and process advance/final payments.

 Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and updates to the client.

 Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS) and repeat referrals.

 Showroom Maintenance & Merchandising:

 Ensure the studio displays, lighting, visual merchandising, and product tagging remain pristine and aligned with brand guidelines.

 Assist with periodic stock audits and showroom inventory checks.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

 Experience: 1 to 4 years of retail sales or consultative selling experience in Furniture, Home Decor, Interior Design Studios, Modular Kitchens, or Luxury Lifestyle Retail.

 Education: Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Merchandising is an added advantage.

 Skills:

 Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

 Working knowledge of basic space planning, dimensions, and floor plans.

 Comfortable with basic retail software, CRM entry, MS Excel, and email communication.

 Work Schedule:

 Ability and willingness to work retail operational hours (10:30 AM – 8:30 PM).

 Mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays are peak days; weekly off is provided on a weekday, typically Tuesday or Wednesday).
