(FOS) •Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically. •To keep up with the market updates and insights. •Day planning for each individual. • Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual. •Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided. •To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted. •To develop business development PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: • 5years+ of real estate sales experience •One should own vehicle. •Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred •Passionate about sales •Good communication skills & Client handling skills •Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients •Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours • Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed •Confidence and skillful negotiating skills •Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
