Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to connect with Indian nurses and working professionals, counsel them regarding overseas career opportunities, and promote relevant German language training programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust and strong relationships with candidates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
• Explain career opportunities, benefits, growth prospects, and financial advantages.
• Promote German language training programs.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain candidate and lead records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling, Telecalling, or related roles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication is mandatory.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales/counselling.
• Good relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Age: Up to 30 years.
• Location: Noida / candidates willing to work from Noida.

Preferred CandidateCandidates from Inside Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, EdTech, Overseas Education, Recruitment, Healthcare Recruitment, or Business Development backgrounds will be preferred.
