Job Description

Job Profile: Day-to-Day Responsibilities – Education Counsellor

• Calling B2C cold and hot leads to explain educational programs.

• Handling student admissions for online courses.

• Managing student queries related to courses and programs.

• Providing detailed information about course structure, curriculum, fees, and eligibility criteria.

• Counselling students and guiding them in selecting suitable courses.

• Following up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Maintaining student inquiry records and updating follow-up details.

• Working 6 days a week.
