Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, payroll, and book keeping at our Sector 135, Noida office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with standard accounting software and a strong understanding of cash flow management within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Voucher Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily financial records, ledgers, and voucher entries.
• Cash Flow Management: Track daily cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries and performance-based incentives accurately and on time.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial summaries and maintaining organized records for audits and management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven prior experience in an accounting role is strictly required. (Freshers will not be considered).
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, Marg, or similar accounting software.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous accounting experience in real estate is a strong advantage.
• Candidate Profile: Male candidates are preferred for this role, though highly qualified female candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply.
