AC Technician

*Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair Split AC, Window AC, and Inverter AC units.

*Perform gas charging, leak detection, jet servicing, PCB diagnosis, compressor replacement, and preventive maintenance.

*Diagnose and repair fully automatic, semi-automatic, front-load, and top-load washing machines.

*Repair washing machine components including motor, drain pump, inlet valve, control board, bearing, and suspension.

*Service and repair single-door, double-door, side-by-side, and inverter refrigerators.

*Diagnose and resolve issues related to compressor, cooling, gas leakage, thermostat, defrost system, PCB, and fan motor.

*Install genuine spare parts and ensure quality repairs as per company standards.

*Use testing tools to accurately identify electrical and mechanical faults.

*Explain the problem, repair work, and maintenance tips clearly to customers.

*Update job status, service reports, and spare parts usage through the company app or job sheet.

*Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling and spare part requirements.

*Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and maintain professional conduct during every service visit.

*Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and other value-added services whenever applicable.

*Ensure timely job completion and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
