Position 1: ITI Fitter

Job Description:
Bakshi Mark Pvt. Ltd. ko apni production/manufacturing unit ke liye experienced ITI Fitters chahiye. Candidate ko fitting, assembly, aur machine maintenance ka kaam aana chahiye.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Machines aur equipment ki fitting, assembly aur installation karna
- Blueprints/drawings ko samajh kar us hisaab se kaam karna
- Regular maintenance aur minor repairs handle karna
- Measuring tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) use karna
- Quality standards ka dhyan rakhna aur production line mein support dena
- Safety guidelines follow karna
Eligibility:
- ITI diploma in Fitter trade (mandatory)
- 1-3 saal ka relevant experience preferred (freshers bhi consider ho sakte hain)
- Technical drawings padhne ki understanding
- Hand tools aur power tools ka knowledge
Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience)

welders ki assist karne ke liye Welding Helpers chahiye. Yeh entry-level ya thoda experienced candidates ke liye suitable role hai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welder ko welding process mein assist karna
- Material handling aur job preparation
- Welding area ko clean aur organized rakhna
- Basic grinding, cutting aur fitting support dena
- Safety equipment (helmet, gloves, apron) properly use karna
- Supervisor ke instructions follow karna
Eligibility:
- 10th/12th pass minimum
- Basic welding knowledge helpful (mandatory nahi)
- Physical fitness aur teamwork attitude
