  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly.
  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
  • Clear tables and reset them after guests leave.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
  • Support the team to provide an excellent dining experience.
