Waiter / Steward

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our QSR team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the billing system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address basic queries politely.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.
• Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
• 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
