Job Description
Job Title: Application & Data Management Executive
Company: Abroad Xpress
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised candidate to submit student applications to universities and maintain accurate records on our portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit student applications through university portals.
- Check documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Enter and update student information on our company portal.
- Maintain application records, documents, and status trackers.
- Coordinate with counsellors to collect missing information and documents.
- Track application progress and follow up on pending requirements.
- Handle student data confidentially and meet application deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and work independently.
- Previous experience in university applications or the study abroad industry is preferred.
