Video Editor

We are looking for a creative all-rounder who can shoot, edit, and design. You will plan and shoot product and brand content, edit it into polished Reels, Shorts, and video ads, and create basic graphics for social media. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into finished content.

Videography + Video Editing + Basic Graphic Design. Candidates must be able to shoot (camera/smartphone) as well as edit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Shoot product videos, Reels, UGC-style content, demos, and tutorials

• Plan shots, set up lighting and framing, and handle basic shoot logistics

• Edit Reels, Shorts, and video ads from raw footage, voiceovers, and written briefs

• Add strong hooks, captions, transitions, music, and sound design

• Resize and adapt videos for Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

• Make multiple versions of the same ad to test different hooks and openings

• Create social media posts, banners, and simple static creatives

• Follow current content trends and editing formats on Instagram and YouTube

• Keep the brand look and feel consistent across all videos and designs

• Organise footage, project files, and versions, and deliver on agreed deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on videography: shooting with a camera or smartphone, framing, lighting, and basic audio capture

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software

• Basic graphic design in Canva or Figma

• Good sense of pacing, timing, music, and what makes a viewer keep watching

• Clean captions, text overlays, and basic motion graphics

• Basic colour correction and audio balancing

• A portfolio of shot and edited Reels, ads, or social media videos (required)

• Edits fast and takes feedback well

• Experience with D2C, fashion, or ad creatives

• Comfort using AI editing tools
