About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media content, direct-response advertising, and conversion-focused video editing.

This role requires someone who can not only create high-performing video content but also lead and manage a team of editors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-converting video ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create engaging product videos, UGC ads, promotional campaigns, reels, and short-form content.
• Develop editing workflows and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
• Organise project files, assets, and editing resources efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, AI tools, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Design, or related field (preferred)
• 💻 Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut 🤖
• Familiar with AI video tools (Runway, OpusClip, Pika, or similar) for faster and smarter editing
• 📱 Deep understanding of social media video trends, pacing, and hooks
• 🎧 Good sense of music, sound design, and text animation
• 🎨 Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling
• 📍 100% availability for an on-site role 

 Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Work Location: Rohini Sector 18 (On-site only)
